Role purpose

We are looking for a Video Editor to join our growing creative team. This role produces fast-turnaround, high-quality edits for paid ads and organic social campaigns for premium and luxury clients.

You’ll craft edits that perform on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other paid social platforms—balancing speed, quality, brand integrity, and creativity.

You’ll collaborate with designers, strategists, and performance marketers to ensure outputs meet high standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Ad Editing: Create short-form and long-form edits for paid social campaigns to drive conversions and meet performance metrics.
  • Organic Social Editing: Craft thumb-stopping edits for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and beyond.
  • Creative Storytelling: Bring client stories to life through premium motion video that is on-brand.
  • Efficiency at Scale: Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, delivering on time and to a high standard.
  • Collaboration: Work with creative and performance teams to iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of editing trends, social-first techniques, and new formats for premium brands.

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (required).
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver at pace (required).
  • Awareness of social media trends and best practices for digital-first video.
