Overview

An opportunity has come available to join a well-established and close-knit team in Bangor paying up to £60,000 (FTE, DOE). This is a maternity cover position for 12 months with the potential to become permanent. The practice is based close to Bangor’s town centre, with easy commuting options to Belfast by train or car.

This is a fixed term position to cover maternity leave; full time is preferred but part-time will be considered. The role includes 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (9am to 1pm) with no OOHs or Sundays, and a typical full-time range of 35–40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have good surgical and medical skills and be capable of working sole charge occasionally. The practice is a friendly, hands-on environment where decisions can be made quickly with clinical freedom.
