Are you a passionate and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and forward-thinking environment? This Veterinary Practice in Fife is eager to welcome a new team member to their practice, offering a full‑time, permanent role with a competitive salary up to £60k, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Based in the sought‑after location of Fife, you will enjoy beautiful fishing villages, castles, cathedrals, restaurants and arts and culture right on your doorstep, just 45 minutes from Edinburgh city centre by train or car.

Our clinic focuses on delivering the highest quality veterinary care, surgery and treatment. The successful candidate will join a friendly and experienced team of Veterinary Surgeons, Veterinary Nurses, Receptionists and Patient Care Assistants, in a collaborative environment ideal for those who thrive in a team setting and are committed to driving clinical excellence.

State‑of‑the‑art equipment includes a laparoscopic kit, endoscopy, ultrasound, digital x‑ray and dental x‑ray. In addition,umbn a brand‑new dog and cat Behaviour Clinic referral service led by a behaviour specialist to address behavioural issues.From separation anxiety to over‑grooming and aggression.

Being part of a larger group means the new Veterinary Surgeon will have access to dedicated CPD support, a Knowledge Hub with over 260 courses and Scottine webinars, wellbeing initiatives including over 280 wellbeing champions, an Employee Assistance Programme, Cycle to Work scheme and discounted gym membership.

The role involves working 40 hours per week across four days, with one in six Saturdays and one in twelve Sundays. There is no on‑call requirement, allowing for a better work‑life balance. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, and 9am to 5pm on weekends.
