Job description
The Role

We are looking for a Venue Process Analyst to take ownership of analysing and enhancing key processes across our venue operations. In this role, you will map end-to-end workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions to support commercial success and operational efficiency.

Working across cross‑functional teams, you will ensure processes are aligned, efficient, and data‑driven. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on our supporter experience, with a continuous emphasis on process evolution and optimisation.

Who we are

We are one of the most famous clubs in world football, with a rich heritage and history of success – read more about our history, here.

Beyond that, we are passionate about our local community and, behind the scenes, we have a wide variety of opportunities and career paths for all. We have a very defined purpose: to act for a winning team, culture and community. We achieve this by ensuring we are courageous in the pursuit of progress, we champion our community and each other, and that we do the right thing (even when no one is looking).

Your day‑to‑day
  • Analyse and improve processes – you’ll map, document, and review operational workflows, identifying risks and opportunities for optimisation

  • Design and implement solutions – you will support the creation of new processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across venue operations

  • Collaborate across departments – you’ll work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Ticketing, Operations, and Technology to ensure alignment on best practices

  • Deliver actionable insights – you will analyse sales performance, attendance, and seat utilisation, producing dashboard reports to inform strategic decisions

  • Support key project deliveries – you’ll assist with requirement gathering, testing, and post‑implementation reviews for new systems and initiatives

  • Upskill and assist colleagues – you will support the communication and training of new venue department processes and systems as they are introduced

  • Maintain governance and documentation – you’ll help establish structured governance, ensuring accountability across the venue department through accurate and accessible process documentation

What we are looking for
  • Project management and process management experience – you’re comfortable owning end‑to‑end projects, advising contributors and adhering to budgets and SLAs

  • Analytical and detail‑oriented – you possess effective problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for operational detail

  • Process improvement expertise – you’re experienced in mapping workflows and enhancing efficiency through process analysis

  • Data and reporting tool proficiency – you are well versed in utilising spreadsheets and visualisation tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to produce dashboards and performance reports

  • Collaborative communicator – you enjoy communicating effectively with stakeholders and providing regular reports on insights, observations, and opportunities

  • Organised and adaptable – you’re proficient in managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment

  • Inquisitive learner – you demonstrate an eagerness to identify smarter ways of working, with a continued emphasis on ongoing process improvement

  • Ticketing industry knowledge – you hold demonstrated experience in a ticketing, venue operations, or sporting environment, with an understanding of ticketing systems (e.g. Ticketmaster)
