Salary: Competitive base salary + performance-related bonuses

Location: Harrogate, Yorkshire

This role is full-time, averaging 40 hours per week. We offer flexibility in how you achieve this, with the following shift options available:

Standard week: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Four-day week: 7:30am – 6:00pm, four days per week

We’re also open to considering candidates who would prefer reduced hours. For example, 3 x 10-hour days per week

In addition, there is a requirement to work 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am - 1:00pm

The Role

As part of our workshop team, you’ll be at the heart of keeping vehicles in top condition. Ensuring vehicles are serviced, repaired, and maintained to the highest standards. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Carrying out detailed inspections and fault diagnostics
  • Recording findings and recommended repairs clearly on job cards
  • Communicating effectively with service advisors to keep customers updated

You’ll play a key role in making sure every vehicle leaves the workshop performing at its best.
