Qualifications

• Proven experience in a VDA/Estimator role within the accident repair industry.
• ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it).
• Proficiency with Audatex and other estimating platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out detailed and accurate assessments of damaged vehicles using Audatex or similar systems
• Preparing clear and cost-effective repair estimates in line with insurer and manufacturer guidelines
• Working closely with the workshop, parts department, and customer service teams to ensure smooth repair processes
• Communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers regarding repair status and progress
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes
