Vegetation Operative – Rail Division

Location: Rainham

Role Overview:

• Work on a contract within the rail sector as part of the Lanes Group Rail Division.
• Responsibilities include strimming, tree removal, and other vegetation maintenance activities.
• Day shifts (Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm); night shifts may be required.
• Responsible for tools, plant, and equipment with the team; overtime opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Hardworking, able to work well within a team.
• Client‑facing role – self‑presentable and able to interact with the public.
• Experience in rail or vegetation preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
