Job description

We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our award-winning digital team on a contract basis. You’ll play a key role in delivering user centred, intuitive and engaging experiences across our customer facing platforms.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead UX work across the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery
  • Help implement upcoming brand changes across digital journeys
  • Create wireframes, prototypes and interaction flows to test and communicate design ideas
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Run iterative design cycles using data, research and feedback
  • Contribute to and maintain our design system and component library
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, content and marketing
  • Communicate design rationale clearly and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Champion UX thinking across the business through demos, workshops or internal posts
  • Support junior designers with guidance and best practice
What You’ll Bring:
  • Expertise in modern design tools, especially Figma

Up to £500 Day Rate:

This is an outside IR35 day rate contract for an initial 3-month term, with potential to extend. We need someone who can make an impact from day one, so immediate availability is ideal.
