The Geomatics team is currently expanding with a requirement for a Utility Mapping Surveyor.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct underground utility detection surveys in compliance with PAS 128 standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Use a variety of Utility Detection equipment and processing software.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Take an active role in site Health & Safety.
  • Process and analyse collected data using CAD and GIS software, ensuring high accuracy and quality.
  • Ensure quality throughout the process in line with QA protocols.
  • Enhance and promote the image of Glanville Consultants by their actions.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a survey environment, with proven experience delivering utility surveys.
  • In-depth knowledge of the PAS 128 standards.
  • Strong communication skills, self‑motivation, and excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Be flexible and reliable.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver and meet deadlines.
  • Happy to travel to site locations.
  • Hold a full clean driving license valid for a full manual vehicle.
