Qualifications

Monday – Friday with alternative weekends and a day off every week

The Job...
  • Oversee the overall customer journey in the showroom, ensuring a smooth, informative, and enjoyable experience.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Train and coach, the sales team on product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and exceptional customer service practices.
  • Manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a clean, organised, and visually appealing environment.
  • Oversee the proper display and presentation of products, adhering to company guidelines and merchandising strategies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and implement stock control measures.
  • Ensure handover paperwork is correct.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service.
