Salary: MP1 - MP6 (£33,235 - £45,803)

Are you ready to inspire and challenge young minds in Key Stage 2?

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Upper KS2 Class Teacher to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment where staff are valued and children are at the heart of every decision.

The post requires an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher who can demonstrate a strong track record of effective classroom practice and pupil progress. This role is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as it requires a confident practitioner with the ability to lead learning independently and contribute to the wider development of the phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to pupils in Upper Key Stage 2.
  • Plan and implement engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback and support.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and high expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil development.
