UK Strategy & Transformation Analyst / Associate
Location: London or Coventry, Hybrid.

Contract Type: FTC – 6 Months
Working Pattern: Full Time
Salary: Analyst £50-65K / Associate £65 - £80K DOE

About the role

We are seeking an analytically strong and commercially minded Analyst / Associate to join idverde’s UK Strategy & Transformation function. As part of the UK Strategy & Transformation team, you will leverage analytical and process-oriented strengths to lead value creation analysis and project management efforts, including working with the executive team building initiatives, tracking, reporting, and ad hoc analytics.

Reporting to the UK Head of Strategy & Transformation, you will act as key support to the UK Executive Leadership Team in driving the value creation plan. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of experience and is expected to add value from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use strong analytical and process-driven skills to support and lead PMO activities, including project tracking, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis
  • The development and delivery of executive-level presentations
  • Maintain and enhance best-practice approaches across reporting, data collection, and performance analysis
  • Prepare high-quality updates and materials for Group leadership, shareholders, and select committees
  • Provide flexible, ad-hoc support across a range of strategic initiatives and business reviews
  • Support wider PMO activity across the business, applying a structured and consistent approach to country and Group-level project tracking
  • Grow with the Strategy & Transformation function, contributing to broader strategic programmes such as business expansion, growth initiatives, M&A, integrations, and enterprise-wide transformation projects.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years’ experience in consulting, finance, or in-house transformation roles
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience or a keen interest in financial modelling (best practices can be developed on the job)
  • Exposure to transformation initiatives or Private Equity environments is highly desirable, including work with PE-backed businesses or due diligence projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation, from operational teams to senior leadership
  • Experience within business services organisations is advantageous
  • Strong technical proficiency, particularly in Excel (financial modelling), PowerPoint, Power BI, and automated reporting tools
  • Right to work in the UK is required (visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
  • Willing to travel around the UK when required
