Role Overview

Based in the UK, you will be a self‑motivated and results‑oriented sales consultant. You’ll grow the Actionstep customer base, meet sales targets, and generate new customer opportunities through effective prospecting and outbound activities. You’ll work collaboratively across key customer groups and regions to create and close opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Drive outbound prospecting and sales activities across the UK to grow the customer base.
  • Deliver successful sales sessions and presentations to showcase Actionstep’s value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Identify, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and OTE expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in legal‑tech or B2B SaaS.
  • Exposure to the legal industry with practice‑management software experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Self‑directed, resourceful, and able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary £65,000 – £75,000 with £130,000 – £150,000 OTE (uncapped).
