The position:

We are looking for an On-Site Coordinator to support the successful operational delivery and continued growth of one of our key Job&Talent Global Clients.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday // 08:30-17:00 (Available on weekends to support if there are any issues - rarely)

Salary: £13.22 p/h

Contract Type: Temporary

Location: BS32 0BF

Role of an On-Site Coordinator:
  • Managing worker bookings on a daily basis in line with the clients requirements and adhering to parameters that are set
  • Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accurately
  • Temporaries Management: Daily check ins, managing absence, return to work interviews, managing attendance & performance and conducting disciplinaries.
  • Dealing with colleagues queries
  • Good planning and organisation skills
  • Ensuring compliance in all areas
  • Ambition and determination to succeed

As an On-Site Coordinator, you will need to have:
