Job summary

A dynamic HR consultancy based in the UK is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR practices and support the Managing Director. The role involves structuring HR processes, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law. Ideal candidates should have 5-8 years of HR experience in logistics or events, strong interpersonal skills, and be fluent in English. This full-time position offers mobility within the group and regular travel across UK sites.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within logistics, events, or a multi-site organisation.
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Set up HR processes including recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews.
  • Be the local HR partner during key transformations.
  • Lead recruitment campaigns for permanent and seasonal roles.
