Accreditation

The company is prepared to invest in you, as a Graduate, to help you build and maintain external qualifications. All Finance Graduates will be expected to study for either the ACCA or CIMA qualification during the 3‑year Shell Graduate Programme. Following a structured, broadly‑based course with the discipline of having to pass exams at the end of it and having to meet continuous education requirements will enhance your skills and improve your career prospects both inside and outside Shell.
