Job summary

A leading energy solutions company in the UK is seeking a UK C&I Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in battery storage. This role involves managing client relationships, executing go-to-market strategies, and closing significant projects. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of B2B sales experience in C&I solar/BESS, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to travel across the UK. Strong communication skills in English are essential, and knowledge of another European language is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 to 5 years B2B sales in C&I solar/BESS with a record of closing significant projects.
  • Existing relationships with developers and contractors.
  • Confident in negotiating contracts and terms.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the go-to-market plan.
  • Prospect new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Drive RFI/RFP responses and negotiate terms.
  • Train channel partners and support onboarding.
  • Represent the business at trade shows and customer visits.
