Qualifications

  • Experience in food and drink manufacturing, with exposure to thermal processing.
  • Degree in Food Science, Chemical/Process Engineering, or 12 years of pertinent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of process and equipment with troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the UHT pilot plant; run and document trials.
  • Maintain lab and pilot plant equipment ensuring readiness.
  • Support factory scale-up trials and first productions.
