A leading automotive retailer in Chelmsford is seeking a skilled Tyre Fitter to join their team permanently. The ideal candidate will have experience in removing, repairing, and fitting tyres, alongside excellent customer service and time management skills. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £36,000 OTE, with structured pay scales and various core benefits, including generous annual leave and health care support.

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 17.00pm. Saturdays on rota 08.00 to 12.00.
Salary: Up to £36,000 OTE (Basic salary £30,000).
You’re already experienced in removing, repairing and fitting tyres, with the ability to diagnose tyre faults and determine whether repair or replacement is the right solution for the customer. You’ll also have some experience of delivering great customer service and excellent time management skills, as you’ll be organising your work schedule each day.
You will have previous experience gained in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you are able to work as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently. You will be a people person with excellent verbal, numerical and written communication skills. You will be able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
