If you are looking to be part of an award-winning company with a great career path, this is for you. We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Truck Handover Specialist to join our sales team. This is a key customer-facing role delivering exceptional handover experiences to customers, ensuring they leave with confidence and clarity.

Responsibilities
  • Working in partnership with the Truck Sales Team, conduct product handovers to customers receiving demonstration trucks.
  • Working in partnership with the Truck Sales Team, conduct product handovers to customers receiving their newly purchased trucks.
  • Explain and ensure a thorough understanding of the trucks safety features and modes of operation.
  • Demonstrate the use of all driver aids and safety systems.
  • Demonstrate the use of digital services, such as FleetBoard and My TruckPoint.
  • Advise on the points of contact for service-related requirements.
  • Ensure access to compliance files is in place.
  • Provide feedback to the relevant truck sales executive to ensure the customer is completely satisfied.
  • Attend training events as required to maintain and update skills and knowledge.
Skills & Behaviours
  • Full C + E category UK driving licence.
  • Experience in the haulage industry, truck retail operations or as a Driver Trainer preferred.
