A community support organization in Brimscombe is looking for a Transition Support Group Worker to assist clients transitioning from residential treatment. This role involves coordinating recovery sessions, providing individual support, and working with local resources to help rebuild lives. Ideal candidates will have experience in recovery support and excellent communication skills. Join a team dedicated to making impactful changes in the community.
Location: The Hub Academy, Brimscombe, Stroud
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 pro rata
Hours: 21 hours over 4 days
Holidays:25 days per annumpro rata
Pension: 6% employer contribution
Relevant qualifications (such as Level 3 NVQ in Information Advice and Guidance, or Level 3 Award in Education and Training) are desirable, but not essential.
