A leading animal welfare organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a Transformation Programme Manager to drive their ambitious strategy for animal welfare. You will work with the CEO and senior leadership to design and implement a digital strategy, lead transformation initiatives, and communicate compellingly with stakeholders. The role requires expertise in data architecture and strong leadership skills. This fixed-term position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape the future of animal rescue while working on-site in beautiful Dorset.
Margaret Green Animal Rescue has been a trusted name in animal welfare for over 60 years, rehoming more than 60,000 animals. Now, we’re embarking on an ambitious five-year strategy to revolutionise how we operate - leveraging technology and data to create sharper insights, streamline processes, and help more animals find loving homes.
We’re looking for a Transformation Programme Manager to bring this vision to life. This is not a typical project management role - it’s a dynamic, evolving position where you’ll work alongside the CEO and senior leadership team to design and deliver our digital strategy. You’ll lead through complexity, champion innovation, and ensure our digital strategy translates into real-world impact.
This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to lead a transformation that matters. You’ll work in the beautiful Dorset countryside, alongside a passionate team, and help shape the future of animal rescue.
Please note that the role is a Fixed Term contract for 12 months (37.5 hours per week) and will be based on-site at our Church Knowle centre near Wareham, in Dorset, for 4 days per week. We will only consider applicants who are able to fulfil this requirement.
Due to receiving a high number of applications, we regret that we are only able to reply to successful candidates.
