Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated coaches to join our dynamic team in the disciplines of either Gymnastics, Trampolining, or Tumbling. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in coaching gymnastics disciplines and a commitment to educating athletes of all ages (particularly young athletes). This role involves fostering a positive and encouraging environment where gymnasts can develop their skills, confidence, and love for the sport.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions tailored to the skill levels of individual gymnasts, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Educate athletes on proper techniques, routines, and (where appropriate) competition preparation.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help gymnasts improve their performance.
  • Where appropriate, attend gymnastics events and competitions.
  • Maintain a supportive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and personal growth among athletes.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
  • Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and gymnastics trends.
  • Be part of a culture that fosters gymnast safety and promotes the holistic development of the individual.
Skills
  • You MUST hold a British Gymnastics Coaching Qualification from Level 1 upwards.
  • Proven experience in the coaching of those gymnastics disciplines you are qualified in.
  • Strong educational delivery skills with the ability to teach complex techniques in an understandable manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with athletes of all ages.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire young gymnasts to achieve their personal bests.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage training schedules and event planning effectively.
  • A solid understanding of safety regulations related to gymnastics training.
