The Training Planning & Scheduling Coordinator (CTCRM) is responsible for the overall planning output within the Centre, ensuring that all contracted outputs are met in line with the SoR. You will work as part of a team to deliver training support to the customer by using mandated IT (TAFMIS) systems and carry out their duties in line with current policy**Job title:**Training Planning Scheduling Coordinator - CTCRM**Job Description:****What you will be doing:*** Managing and efficiently scheduling all CTCRM training resource requirements via the mandated systems and processes.* Managing CTCRM resource utilisation supporting the annual budgeting process.* Managing, delivering and producing long term plans for Selborne courses through the use of TAFMIS.* Coordinating all Training Planning commercial responses for CTCRM surrounding Change requests across the contract within stipulated timeframes. Including but not limited to SCR, IYCR, TO and Training Design Changes.* Assisting with the production of the SOTT through engagement with all relevant RM stakeholders from the endorsed SOTR and implement any approved changes maximising efficiency.* Monitoring resource usage in year and managing the effective use of any surplus, against resource requisitions.**What we’re looking for:*** Familiarity in use of Microsoft Office SharePoint Services (MOSS) information platforms* Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of TAFMIS applications and their synergies* Experience of Training Planning, support processes and systems* Consolidated experience and knowledge of Military and Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) compliance* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring commercial timeframes and contracted outputs are being met* Excellent Customer Service and Management skills* Good written and verbal communication skills* Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level.**About Selborne**Selborne is a bold, £1 billion, 12-year transformation of Royal Navy training, led by Capita and a powerhouse consortium known as Team Fisher — including Raytheon UK, Fujitsu, and the University of Lincoln.
