A leading leisure operator in the UK is seeking Trainee Swimming Teachers to join their team in Islington. Successful applicants will be fully funded to obtain the STA Level 2 Award in Teaching Swimming. You will need to communicate well, motivate learners, and possess a passion for swimming to teach individuals of all ages. GLL are currently recruiting trainee Swimmingteachers to join us in Islington, all of our SwimmingTeachers are qualified to at least STA Level 2 Award in Teaching Swimming. The STA qualifications are nationally recognised and will give you the skills of how to teach non-swimmers, beginners and improvers.

We are the largest SwimmingSchool in the UK and our continued growth means we are looking to qualify and employ a growing number of SwimmingTeachers. We have a range of hours available cross weekdays and weekends.
The next available STA Level 2 Award Course will be run at Ironmonger Row Baths, 1 Norman Street, EC1V3AA on the following dates: 28/02, 1/03, 7/03, 8/03, 14/03 and 15/03.
Being a Swimming Teacher is really rewarding, as you’ll thrive on supporting people to achieve their potential. Naturally, there’ll be some administration involved, but rest assured that, once qualified, almost all of your time will be spent teaching, working with a range of ages and abilities.
Once qualified, you will be apart of one of our Teaching Teams working with a Lead Teacher to support you in your day to day role.
