Responsibilities

  • Shadow site workers to gain awareness of all site-based activities.
  • Complete secondments in departments like commercial, design, and technical.
  • Ensure houses are produced to high standards of quality.
  • Promptly investigate customer complaints during production.
  • Co-ordinate resources effectively for production objectives.
  • Assist in recruiting operatives and sub-contractors.
  • Check compliance of construction with provided drawings.
  • Log inspections with Local Building Inspector.
  • Supervise road and sewer construction on site.
  • Conduct pre-completion inspections with purchasers.
