A family-run organization in Barnsley is seeking a passionate Trainee Registered Manager to lead and develop their children's home. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in an Ofsted-regulated home, and a Level 4 qualification in childcare. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. A supportive environment with progression opportunities is offered.
Location: Barnsley
Salary: £37,700
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with flexibility for sleep-ins when required)

Experience: Essential you have Ofsted Regulated Children’s Home experience and Hold your Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare

This is a small, nurturing solo placement home designed to offer stability, safety, and emotional development for one young person with EBD and trauma-related needs.
