The GTM sector is one of the most lucrative markets a recruiter can hope to work in‑one trainee with no prior sales experience billed £200k in year one. With an uncapped commission structure that goes up to 40%, expect to earn BIG MONEY.

The Role

• Become an expert in the US & Europe GTM market
• Build relationships with some of the most exciting firms in the US and EU
• Advise and consult your clients
• Source brilliant talent for scaling tech companies
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from sourcing candidates, preparing them for interviews and closing deals
• Negotiate high‑value placements

• Base Salary: £27,500
• Earn heaps of commission: OTE in Year 1 is £50k, going up to £70k in Year 2
