In this graduate teaching role, you will gain hands‑on classroom experience while working as a Teaching Assistant (TA). You will support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, develop core teaching skills, and gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence grows.

Through Grad2Teach, you will complete your Level 4 qualification during Phase One, followed by structured progression into Phase Two, where you will work towards your PGCE with QTS through Coventry University.
