Qualifications

  • Have a Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care or working towards it.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Carer or similar position.
  • Knowledge of the person-led care planning process.

  • Lead by example and embody kindness in care.
  • Ensure impeccable delivery of residents' care planning arrangements.
  • Administer medicines and provide clinical care under supervision.
