• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Health & Social Care.
• Experience as a Senior Carer or similar position with leadership responsibilities.
• Understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure resident care planning arrangements are delivered impeccably.
• Administer medicines and provide direct clinical tasks under supervision.
• Attend mandatory safeguarding training.
