Key Responsibilities

– Develop AutoCAD Skills: Learn and master the creation of 2D AutoCAD drawings to accompany customer quotes, showcasing precision and attention to detail.

– Customer Support: Assist with customer enquiries, ensuring that clients receive prompt and knowledgeable responses.

– Quotation Management: Produce tailored quotations that align with customer needs and follow up on them to secure successful conversions.

– Sales Growth: Gather essential information from customers to generate accurate quotes, with a focus on increasing the number of quotations and improving conversion rates.

– CRM Utilisation: Record and track customer data using the ODOO CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

– Sales & Customer Service: Any previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable, but not essential. The ability to build strong relationships with clients is key.
