TikTok Shop - Logistics Quality & Performance Management Lead

Responsibilities

About the Team: The Performance Management (PM) team is in charge of managing the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) covering service performance, contract compliance, network and operation compliance and market intelligence. We also collaborate with other functions in Platform Logistics to ensure the suitability and compliance of these KPIs. The successful candidate will be responsible for building up systematic performance management, market intelligence visibility and any strategic projects in order to steer the performance following the regional strategy direction.

• Strategic Performance Management & Planning
  • Execute a comprehensive performance management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Define, track, and refine KPIs to measure business performance across departments.
  • Work with other functions in Regional and across Logistics ventures to ensure the suitability and compliance of these KPIs.
  • Design and control governance and the framework of working processes related to the PM domain at a regional level to drive performance improvement.
  • Measure, monitor and report Logistics Performance in terms of Delivery performance and buyer & seller experience on BAU and Mega Campaigns (CP).
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue growth through data analysis.
• Business Intelligence
  • Analyze historical and real-time data to uncover trends, root causes of performance gaps, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with BI, PMI and operations teams to integrate data sources and align with business objectives.
  • Partner with internal DE and Tech teams to implement data governance and maintain data infrastructure and BI tools.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate sessions to align stakeholders on performance metrics and BI priorities.
  • Participate in strategic projects and ensure favorable milestones.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or related field; Master’s (MBA, MS) preferred.
• Years of progressive experience in operations, performance management, or analytics, with at least 3+ years in a middle management role.
• Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, Python, R). Strong proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and data visualization.
• Solid knowledge of e-logistics industry and market practices.
• Strong project management skills. Adaptability in a multicultural environment. Ability to work as both an individual and as part of a team.
