The role of the Ticketing Administrator is to deliver an efficient and well‑organised box office service for internal departments and visiting companies. Ticketing Administrators should display excellent communication skills and always maintain a high level of attention to detail. Ticketing Administrators may also be required to assist with selling tickets during busy sales periods.
