Responsibilities

THERAPIST – IOP – Full-time

Monday – Thursday schedule. Off Friday.

Michiana Behavioral Health is seeking a master's level therapist for our Intensive Outpatient Program. This program utilizes both virtual and in-person treatment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving those with behavioral health and substance abuse issues.

Typical responsibilities include the following:

  • Complete psychosocial assessment upon admission
  • Case management and treatment planning
  • Aftercare coordination
  • Document treatment provided to patient in medical record legibly and in a timely manner
  • Attend regular treatment team meetings to provide social work perspective
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
  • A minimum of one (1) year with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, treatment and clinical assessment skills preferred.
  • LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC preferred.
  • May be required to work flexible hours.
