IQVIA is hiring a Therapeutic Strategy Director with deep expertise in Respiratory clinical trials to lead strategic proposal development and drive early client engagement. This fully remote, U.S.-based role requires strong leadership in clinical operations, trial design, and therapeutic strategy across Phases I to III. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement global strategies that differentiate IQVIA in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead early client engagement and proposal development for respiratory clinical trials.
• Develop client-centric operational and therapeutic strategies from Phase I to III.
• Champion IQVIA’s CORE-powered and innovative solutions in proposal responses.
• Participate in bid defense, pre‑sales strategy meetings, and sponsor discussions.
• Design global trial delivery plans including country/site selection and patient recruitment.
• Guide cross-functional teams and ensure alignment from pre‑award through study start.
• Support post‑award delivery teams with strategic guidance when deviations arise.
• Stay current with scientific, regulatory, and therapeutic landscape changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of global clinical research and operations experience, including Phase I trials.
• Proven expertise in Respiratory therapeutic area and drug development strategy.
• Deep knowledge of GCP, clinical operations, project management, and clinical trial lifecycle.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency with clinical tools, market analysis, and digital platforms.
