Test Lead - Capital Markets 💰 Salary: £48,000 - 52,800 per year

📝 Requirements:

• Proven commercial experience as a Test Lead in capital markets and middle/back-office operations, encompassing trade lifecycle, settlements, and front-office/back-office position/cash reconciliation.
• Solid knowledge of multiple asset classes, including equities, bonds, ETDs, ETFs, and swaps, to effectively define testing strategies and approaches.
• Ability to lead test data collection and implement comprehensive strategies for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Skilled in developing detailed test cases that align with business requirements and functional specifications for full scenario coverage.
• Expertise in the defect management lifecycle, including identification, tracking, resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Hands‑on experience with the ADO test management tool along with strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Lead and manage the testing activities for a critical programme within our consultancy.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective testing of capital markets applications.
• Develop and implement testing strategies that enhance the quality of deliverables.
• Oversee the collection and organization of test data, ensuring thorough functional, regression, and integration testing processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding defect management and testing progress.

Salary: £48,000 - 52,800 per year.

Benefits & perks: We offer a competitive daily rate of up to £440, the role being inside IR35. Located in London, we provide a hybrid working arrangement, requiring three days a week on‑site. This is a six‑month contract with immediate availability preferred.
