Up to £45,000 dependent upon experience, plus company car, potential bonus and other fantastic benefits.

Position Summary

We are recruiting a Territory Manager to join our Nestlé Health Science Sales team and drive distribution of the portfolio of vitamins, minerals, herbals and supplements (VMHS) brands.

Reporting directly to the UK Business Manager & Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing promotional activities, pricing and agreements, evaluating performance and analysing sales data to support forecasts and delivery of sales targets.

A day in the life of a Territory Manager

You will manage customer CRM, support forecasting, and drive profitable growth.

  • Contribute to delivery of VMHS & CC commercial targets
  • Deliver zone‑specific KPIs: value, trade spend, new business and distribution of key lines for each VMHS brand
  • Act as key point of contact for Nestlé Health Science VMHS customers within territory, prioritise visits and provide analysis where required
  • Conduct ROI analysis of customer investment to ensure trade spend is aligned with brand & business strategy; review trade spend with Sales Operations & Head of Field Sales
  • Create and deliver territory strategy aligned to strategic imperatives, winning distribution in existing and new business while executing brand campaigns
  • Perform daily analysis and insight of customer orders and tracking to drive visibility and awareness of current and forecast sales position; share reports for Commercial Review
  • Contribute insight for monthly review of volume, plans, NPS, NNS and TAs; provide updates to Head of Field Sales on risks and opportunities

Territory sales experience in healthcare, consumer retail, pharmacy, drug or FMCG channels is required. You should be passionate, tenacious, results focused and thrive in a dynamic environment.
