The successful candidate will supervise cleaning teams, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold health and safety standards. Key responsibilities include training staff, managing cleaning schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role offers a pro-rata salary of £1347.29 per month, 28 days paid holiday, and mileage allowance for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning supervision or team leadership within a facilities management environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and cleaning best practices.
• Valid DBS check (mandatory).
• Reliable transport and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff.
• Arrange/cover for absent staff.
• Train new cleaning staff on proper procedures.
• Maintain and manage cleaning schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas.
• Order and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Perform deep cleaning of sites weekly.
• Address client and staff concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety regulations.
