The Civil Works Alliance is seeking a Temporary Works Coordinator to contribute to the success of Sizewell C—a groundbreaking power station designed to deliver low-carbon electricity to approximately 6 million homes for at least 60 years.

Position: Temporary Works Coordinator
Location: Suffolk

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Temporary Works team to manage the execution of temporary works for the Sizewell C project.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the design and construction phases to ensure seamless delivery and compliance.
  • Liaise with the client team to manage public impact, nuclear safety considerations, and approval processes.
  • Maintain and update the Temporary Works Register, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  • Prepare and review design briefs, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards.
  • Manage design timelines and ensure completed designs meet the specified criteria.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure construction follows approved designs and methodologies.
  • Implement "Learning from Experience" reviews to capture insights for future projects.
What You’ll Bring
