Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound sales calls to UK businesses in embroidery, print, apparel and promotion sectors
  • Promoting high‑quality machines and consumables to existing potential customer database and finding new potential clients yourself
  • Engage with potential clients effectively and book appointments for experienced sales team members
  • Uncovering potential customer needs and matching them to the right solutions
  • Creating interest and book machine demonstrations / client visits
  • Handling objections, presenting ideas of new machinery and negotiate confidently
  • Updating CRM and maintaining a strong prospective pipeline
  • Bring energy, resilience, and enthusiasm every single day
