We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to join us at METTLER TOLEDO and help grow our business through proactive customer engagement.

About the Role

As a Telemarketer, you will play a key role in our outbound marketing campaigns—contacting new, prospective, and existing clients to promote a range of innovative products and services. Your goal is to generate qualified leads, schedule appointments for our sales representatives, and maintain accurate client records within our CRM system. You'll use your communication skills to present our products confidently, handle objections professionally, and deliver an excellent customer experience every time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make a set number of outbound calls daily to potential clients from our marketing database.
  • Promote and present products or services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Generate warm and qualified leads to support the sales team.
  • Handle customer objections and inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
  • Collaborate with product managers and the marketing team to understand and deliver campaign goals.
  • Support data preparation and campaign reporting using Excel and CRM tools.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
  • Results‑driven attitude with the ability to work towards targets and bonuses.
  • Experience in a telephony or call‑centre environment preferred.
