With Intelligence is looking for a Technology Delivery Manager to support our growing Technology function.

We are working through an ambitious programme of work to integrate and consolidate numerous platforms across our portfolio, enhance our core product offering, and support process efficiencies based on increased automation, including generative AI.

Strong demand for tech change across the business has driven significant growth in our Tech organisation, increasing the need for robust coordination across our multiple engineering and IT operations teams.

As the Technology Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring tech teams deliver effectively on complex cross-domain activities and providing the oversight needed to prevent essential tasks from ‘falling through the cracks’.

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the CTO and Tech function leads to surface key work items.
2. Coordinate tech-led projects, including post-merger integrations and carve-outs.
3. Review and analyze individual teams’ work pipelines to ensure cross-team alignment and consistency with the roadmap.
4. Proactively identify delivery gaps, risks, and issues.
5. Drive correct use of delivery planning tools and improve documentation standards.
6. Help develop and champion good change management practices within the Technology organisation.
7. Bring experience in IT project management, PMO, and/or Business Analyst roles.
8. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Have strong technical literacy, including familiarity with web applications, API-based integrations, microservices, non-SQL databases, and Salesforce (highly desirable).
10. Experience in systems integration projects, especially post-merger integrations (highly desirable).
11. A background in IT consulting would be a plus.
