Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical training (face-to-face and online) on Linx product installation, fault-finding, and maintenance
  • Create and update training materials, including presentations and digital content for new product launches (e.g., inkjet, laser, impulse jet systems)
  • Support Technical Support team with complex technical inquiries from distributors
  • Maintain accurate training records and issue certificates for completed courses
  • Collaborate on engineering projects to develop training for new products
  • Measure success through distributor feedback and number of training sessions delivered annually
Essential requirements
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time and to work from our office at St Ives
  • Electrical and/or mechanical engineering technical background (and relevant degree, HND/HNC)
  • +5 years of experience as a Technical Trainer
  • Highly customer focused, attention to detail, planning & organisational skills, MS Office
  • Coding & marking industry knowledge, and digital content creation skills are useful but not critical
