About the role
The Nicolaudie UK office in Brighton is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Support Specialist to work within our architectural lighting team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, developing pioneering software and hardware dedicated to lighting control. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our software, firmware and hardware products work smoothly across Mac, Windows, iOS and Android. The role will have a focus on methodically testing software and hardware, as well as helping with reporting bugs and feature requests. You will have the opportunity to test new software features and work with our team of developers, both in-person in the UK and remotely with our other offices. Other responsibilities of this role include answering support tickets and providing technical support over the phone, as well as occasionally managing basic repairs and product exchanges. Please note: this is a role which allows for up to 2 days working from home, with the rest of the week spent in our central Brighton office. During the initial induction and training period, you will be expected to be in the office 5 days per week.
