Mentor Business Systems now has an opportunity for a Technical Support Officer to join our growing business in Huddersfield. The main goal of this role is to deliver exceptional support services to our customers, in order to maintain Mentor’s market position as the leading provider of service management software solutions within the security industry.

Job Description
  • Provide front-line telephone support ensuring customers receive timely, professional and efficient service
  • Ensure that all technical support calls are completed within response time and to the satisfaction of all concerned.
  • Ensure all support related documentation and processes are maintained promptly and accurately
  • You will work 37.5 contractual hours per week. You will work from 8.30 – 5.00
Qualifications
  • Have a background in phone-based customer service
  • Be IT savvy with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Be a team player with excellent problem-solving skills
