Job summary

A leading global solutions provider in Portslade by Sea is looking for a Technical Sales Manager. This hybrid role requires up to 3 days on-site presence at the Teesside location. Candidates should have at least 3 years of sales experience and preferably knowledge of materials like graphite or glass production. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, providing technical advice, and supporting sales strategies. The position also entails regular travel across Europe. Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience at Sales Manager level.
  • Experience in materials (graphite) and glass production would be advantageous.
  • Candidates must be educated to at least degree level or hold equivalent and demonstratable work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Provide technical advice to potential or current customers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of orders within delegation rules.
  • Issue timely customer visit reports in the CRM system.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to provide adequate solutions.
