Technical Sales & Account Manager - Data Center HVAC

Johnson Controls is expanding our Data Centre Vertical, and we have various Sales Account Manager positions available across different geographies and lines of business. We are seeking talent in the UK, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, and Dubai, with expertise in HVAC, Building Management Systems/Controls, Fire Detection/Suppression and Security.

Responsibilities
  • Develop long-term customer relationships with consulting engineers, design & build contractors, hyperscalers and colocation operators to create a pipeline for the EMEA region
  • Maximize account penetration by leveraging Johnson Controls’ broad portfolio of building solutions
  • Articulate JCI offerings, strategize sales approaches, and ensure customer retention and growth of assigned accounts
  • Build partnering relationships, maintain frequent contact with customers, optimize and lead technical specifications throughout the JCI portfolio, lead collaborative efforts with regional offices, conduct technical presentations, and provide feedback to management
  • Travel up to 25%–50% as required
