• Manage ONS survey submissions and support audit work.
• Upload Sharesave contribution and leaver files.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day processing of UK, IOM, and Jersey payrolls, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legislation and company policies
• Complete all HMRC submissions, payroll reconciliations, and adhere to legislative deadlines
• Perform testing for payroll system upgrades and patches
• Handle global executive currency conversions and collaborate with the GO2HR team for ECP changes
• Process and reconcile payments, including court orders, childcare, ad hoc, Sharesave, and settlements—obtaining PM approval and coordinating with AP or Group Treasury as needed
• Manage ONS survey submissions and support audit work as required
• Upload Sharesave contribution and leaver files to the Link Portal
• Process international payments for 888 legacy staff and the Global Executive Team, ensuring HMRC reconciliations and payments are accurate and up to date.

Who We Are Looking For

• Excellent current, technical payroll knowledge
• Experience of processing a manual payroll
• Excellent EC and ECP systems skill and numerical skills
• A technically aligned payroll professional who can lead by example and impart their in-depth payroll knowledge to the team
