Job summary

A prominent cultural organization in the East Midlands is looking for a Technical Maintenance Supervisor. This full-time permanent role involves managing the inspection and maintenance of technical assets, supervising contractors, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards. The ideal candidate will take a leading role within the Technical team and represent it on important groups. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required, with advance notice provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage the inspection, maintenance or repair of technical assets and infrastructure.
• Supervise external contractors completing maintenance around the theatre.
• Ensure records and Health and Safety Compliance data are accurate.
• Represent the Technical team on key steering groups.
• Provide temporary cover on stage if needed.
